Yes. It is sold as a Kids & Teens Stay Free category, and Cozumel Palace is a family-friendly resort rather than an adults-only one. A free crib and rollaway are available. The Kids' Club takes children aged 4–12, daily from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The resort also has a children's pool. Guests must show proof of child age at check-in, and a rate difference may apply if a child's age differs from the booking.
Where is the resort in relation to the beach, pools and restaurants?
Cozumel Palace is oceanfront, with direct access to the Caribbean and the reef for snorkeling and diving. There is an on-site dive shop with a pier. The pools include an infinity pool, a children's pool and a swim-up bar. Dinner is served at Turquesa, Bugambilias and Momo, and Flamingos is the poolside spot for snacks, pizza and BBQ. The island's broad white-sand beaches are mostly on the windward side, about a 20-minute drive across the island.
Is the resort close to town and the airport?
Yes. Cozumel Palace is within walking distance of San Miguel's ferry port, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Benito Juarez Park is about a 5-minute walk. Cozumel International Airport is roughly a 10-minute drive away. The resort offers airport transfers, but surcharges may apply and guests need to send arrival details beforehand. There is no on-site parking.
What should I know before booking this suite?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. The cardholder must present the booking card and matching photo ID at check-in. Turquesa asks for long pants, collared shirts and shoes at dinner. Cozumel charges an Environmental Sanitation Tax of about $30 MXN per room per night, collected at the hotel. Pets are not allowed, and the resort was remodeled in 2025.
